Purchase Incentive Program
The national board has come up with a new program to help encourage the
youth to start purchasing their own cattle and build their own herds.
The new program will be called ‘Purchase Incentive Program’. How this
program works is that when a junior buys a female at a sale, they have
option to apply for free semen to use to breed that animal. They must
completely fill out the application form, and send in proof of the bill
of sale. The national board committee will then take in the
applications and review each one. As long the applicants meet the
necessary qualifications they will receive free choice of the semen
that’s in our tank. The application forms will be available on our
website.
